How Accompany Creative combines purpose and performance into a single strategy

For Accompany Creative, purpose and performance are two sides of the same coin. The agency helps brands turn social and environmental commitments into products, campaigns and experiences that consumers can actively participate in, creating both meaning and growth.
This approach has also generated returns for Accompany. The agency increased annual revenue in 2025 by more than 10%, from $6.8 million to $7.5 million; doubled its business with Nestlé Health Sciences; added clients including National Geographic, Cotopaxi, Native Pet and 1 Hotels; and reported no account losses. In recognition of this success, Accompany Creative was named Purpose-Led Agency of the Year, Silver at the 2026 Ad Age Small Agency Awards.
Accompany's work with Nestlé Health Sciences is a clear example of its purpose-led performance strategy. For Garden of Life, the agency leaned on transparency and sustainability to highlight the brand's credentials and improve its authority for consumers. The result was a collage-driven campaign that visualized how trusted ingredients become formulas "for feeling alive." Accompany was able to increase branded search among YouTube viewers by 200% and new-to-brand acquisition by more than 35%, according to the agency.
For NBCUniversal's "Wicked," the agency leveraged a zeitgeist-defining film into a campaign around female empowerment. The effort, dubbed "Women Making Magic," spotlighted female leaders behind some of the "Wicked" franchise's brand partnerships. Through a social content series, the empowering campaign generated more than 770,000 organic views and achieved engagement rates roughly double benchmark levels, the agency stated.
And for Lambda Legal, the oldest national legal organization advocating for the LGBTQ+ community, Accompany launched the "All Rise" campaign to build long-term awareness and drive immediate fundraising. "All Rise" leaned on long-form influencer content to tell the organization's story, resulting in a 25% ad view-through rate and $4.27 return on ad spend—double the campaign's goal—according to Accompany.
